Management of personal data

Use of data
The personal data collected from users is intended for the commercial relationship. The legal basis for the processing is the execution of the contract between the client and O'CAP.
More specifically, the uses are as follows:

Data retention policies
O'CAP keeps your data for a maximum period of 3 years from the last exchange made with O'CAP. Beyond this period, your personal data will be permanently deleted.
